Grounds are spectacular upkeep is fantastic. People are friendly, amenities are great So close to beach wonderful shopping areas. Can take train or boat to Boston easiy. Location is perfect for so many things

The only issue I observe is the trash area, which gets full to capacity over the weekend - especially with recyclables - and the area looks very junky and probably not safe with wild animals roaming in the woods. — Great environment residents seem friendly. Units are fairly quiet.

Also, its close proximity to the ocean makes it a very nice place to live in the summer.

submitted by Hannah G. - |Recommended: YesProfessional staff, clean and spacious with great amenities — Living here has been a refreshing change from years of living in tiny apartments in a loud city. Residents are generally respectful and the property is quiet and well-kept. The staff is very professional and responsive. The amenities have been great - washer dryer in unit is fantastic. I wish we could get updated carpet in our bedroom and loft stairs but that is my only complaint.

submitted by Patricia B. - |Recommended: YesPerfect for my family — It is just a great change from maintaining big house, it is near beach, my college boys can come home and there is still lots of space in 2 bedroom Allertons, with bedrooms on each side of house. It is quiet and has beautiful landscaping where you can just enjoy. Plenty of parking and staff made us feel welcome. Pool of course is cool Great fitness center as well.

submitted by Carolyn H. - |Recommended: YesThis is the first apartment complex I've ever lived in and it's great. — It's quiet and I'm closest to the main drag so that's saying something Everyone I've met has been incredibly nice and friendly. The staff is terrific. They are professional, super responsive and helpful. I'm a real estate attorney and have had many clients over the years who told me they stayed here after they sold their house while contemplating their next move and have been very pleased. Now I'm one of them Great location and can walk to the beach and doggies are welcome. Can't beat it with a stick
